After all the features, are simply of a list without a lot of meaning until you hear how those features apply to real life use and according to most of the reviews, this printer is definitely made for use.

They also said that the Brother support was always helpful and quick to respond to any problem, which makes a big difference when you are a busy office and your printer develops a problem.
